CEO's in the San Francisco Bay Area see light at the end of the tunnel, as a recent survey shows they (we) are finally exhibiting some confidence about the future.
The Bay Area Business Confidence Index improved to 53 out of 100 in November, up from a previous reading of 47 in August (anything above 50 shows expansion, below 50 shows contraction).
