The never ending garage sale that is the State of California rolls on, as 11 state-owned office buildings, totaling 7.3 million square feet, officially went on the market this week. The state believes the portfolio will draw "significant interest" from potential investors worldwide, potentially bringing more then $2 Billion into the state coffers.
